Associate Medical Director

Salary and Benefits
Salary: $195,624 – $293,295 annually
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000
Eligible for Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000

Responsibilities
3 days of administrative leadership and 2 days of clinical care per week
Maintain a personal patient panel (all ages, outpatient)
Supervise and mentor physicians, mid-levels, and clinical staff
Lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives
Support strategic planning and operational effectiveness
Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Active Missouri Physician License
Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership experience (FQHC preferred but not required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred)
