Responsibilities Serve as a strategic consultant and primary Marketing contact to the Consumer Deposit Products and Payments (CDPP) businessBuild relationships with business leaders by translating business, client, and product strategies into marketing strategies and plansCollaborate and negotiate with internal and external marketing partners to develop marketing plans, programs, and tacticsParticipate in agile pod activities, including sprint reviews and quarterly PI planning sessionsReview and analyze campaign results to inform future strategies and forecastsCraft compelling, insights-based presentations for senior leadersAccountable for campaign oversight and project management for multiple products or segmentsImplement process, product, and service improvements that impact business strategy and planningEnsure that the TD brand is protected and delivered in the customer experienceRequirements Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required5+ years relevant experienceProficient knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and product/customer marketsKnowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trendsKnowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulationsAbility to manage a budget and work within the constraints of that budgetAbility to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of initiativesAbility to exercise sound judgement in making decisionsAbility to communicate effectively in both oral and written formAbility to work collaboratively and build relationshipsSkill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniquesSkill in using computer applications including MS OfficeAbility to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlinesAbility to work successfully as a member of a team and independentlyAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
