Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage annual marketing calendar for U.S. brands.
  • Execute brand campaigns across digital, retail, foodservice, and trade channels.
  • Coordinate agency relationships including briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights.
  • Support commercialization and launch of new products.
  • Lead packaging development from concept through production.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory, and Production.
  • Develop sales collateral including sell sheets, category presentations, POS materials, and customer marketing tools.
  • Support retail media and digital shelf content management.
  • Analyze syndicated market data (Circana, Numerator, etc.).
  • Translate consumer research into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Track marketing budgets and vendor spending.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Present marketing recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications Needed:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Brand Marketing experience.
  • Strong CPG marketing background within food, protein, or consumer packaged goods.
  • Experience launching and commercializing new products.
  • Experience managing packaging development projects.
  • Experience managing outside agencies.
  • Familiarity with U.S. retail customers and channel marketing.
  • Experience developing marketing materials for Sales organizations.
  • Ability to interpret consumer insights and syndicated data.
  • Strong project management skills with multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain.
  • Exposure to Foodservice marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with Circana, Numerator, or similar syndicated data tools is preferred.
