Key Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing and support processes according to SOPs and GMP standards.
• Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations.
• Complete documentation in SOPs, logbooks, and other GMP documents accurately.
• Support production schedules and ensure materials are available for production.
• Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety codes and EHS policies.
• Participate in audit preparation and process improvements.
• Foster a team-oriented approach and demonstrate leadership skills.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience or trade school equivalent.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and solve practical problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic supply chain environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs. for extended periods.
• Previous GMP experience/knowledge and at least 1 year of prior experience.

Preferences

• Knowledge of chromatography and continuous improvement experience.
• Familiarity with SAP and prior experience with Batch Records.
