Position Overview
This role supports the development and execution of marketing plans, promotions, brand initiatives, and category campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing operations and project management, with strong communication and organizational skills.
The position will serve as a liaison across multiple teams and projects, helping ensure timelines, deliverables, and communications stay on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate integrated marketing project workflows
- Support execution of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Track project timelines, status updates, action items, and next steps
- Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder questions and follow-ups through email and meetings
- Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Support project management processes across multiple concurrent initiatives
Typical Breakdown of Work
- 50% – Project management coordination, status tracking, follow-ups, and documentation
- 20–25% – Responding to stakeholder questions and communications
- 35% – Meetings and cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of marketing experience (preferably marketing operations)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing projects from kickoff through completion
Required Tools & Technology
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Smartsheet
- Miro or similar collaboration tools (Loop/Microsoft collaboration tools acceptable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking skills
- Certifications related to Design Thinking
- Experience successfully completing long-term contract assignments
