  • Maintain a repeatable project-management cadence-timelines, status updates, RSVP and inventory tracking-that gives stakeholders predictable visibility into every program
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, creative, and external vendors, translating team leads' objectives into concrete activations that move the commercial needle
  • Stay composed and decisive during live events, finding practical, imaginative solutions when venues, timelines, or vendors shift unexpectedly

Qualifications

  • 2+ years planning and executing corporate events, sponsorships, or experiential programs end to end
  • Strong event project management skills: building and holding to budgets, timelines, and RSVP/guest logistics across concurrent programs
  • Vendor sourcing and contract negotiation experience covering venue, catering, décor, AV, entertainment, and transportation
  • Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Sharp attention to detail across event logistics, promotional materials, and swag/inventory management
