THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
The Associate Manager, eCommerce Business Management supports the execution and optimization of key digital commerce channels, fulfillment programs, and strategic growth initiatives, reporting to the Director of eCommerce Business Management. This role contributes to the performance across third-party marketplaces, including DoorDash, Instacart, and Uber Eats, as well as omnichannel fulfillment initiatives such as Same Day Delivery. The role also supports App Domination, Key Events and the Replenish & Save program, driving innovation, customer growth, retention, and profitability across digital commerce channels.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and external marketplace partners to support integrated business plans, execution and continuous improvement of the end-to-end customer experience. The role may provide guidance, mentorship and day-to-day support to an eCommerce Analyst.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
Manage day-to-day execution and performance across DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, and other emerging channels to drive traffic, conversion, AOV, and customer acquisition
Support omnichannel fulfillment initiatives, including Same Day Delivery, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and an optimized customer experience
Execute App Domination strategies, partnering with merchandising teams to accelerate App growth and conversion
Support ongoing management and optimization of the Replenish & Save program, including assortment planning, promotional strategy, customer retention initiatives, financial performance management, and long-term growth roadmap
Monitor and analyze business performance analysis across programs and channels, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and optimization strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales
Develop reporting, insights, and business recaps that support decision-making and performance optimization
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key deliverables across stakeholders
Provide guidance and support to eCommerce Analyst and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner across Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and external marketplace partners to align business priorities and drive execution
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve execution, and enhance the digital customer experience
Innovation & Competitive Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital commerce capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Executive Communication: Develop executive-ready business recaps, presentations, and strategic recommendations that clearly communicate business performance, opportunities, and action plans
Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and culture.

The pay range for this position is $79,900.00 - $100,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
