Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with strong legal writing skills in the area of pharmaceutical/medical device Daubert/Rule 702 motions practice to join its Litigation group in Atlanta, GA. This position offers a hybrid work environment with regular in-office presence and some flexibility for work-from-home.Duties Communicate effectively with clients.Supervise junior associates.Collaborate with experts in the field.Assist with fact development and depositions.Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Help develop case strategy.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.Extensive experience writing briefs, including Rule 702 and Daubert issues.Experience with products liability litigation.Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.Education Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized school.Certifications Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
