The successful candidate will bring a solid technical foundation strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure system stability efficient integrations and ongoing application improvements in a production‑focused environment.Summary of ResponsibilitiesLearn support and helpmaintainvarious Payroll applications.These include custom applications built on Java.Netplatform andpackagesapplications such asCeridian Dayforce Workday UKG - Kronosand Matrix.Assistin developing and configuringintegration and reports.Troubleshoot system issues by gathering information analyzing logs and working with senior team members toidentifyand implement long‑term fixes.Participate in testing activities including functional tests integration tests and regression tests.Support ongoing system stability by monitoring jobs interfaces and data flows.Assistin integratingapplicationcomponents with databases automation systems and enterprise applications.Work closely withbusiness users andotherIT teams to understand requirements and translate them into working capabilities.Help document technical processesandsupport procedures to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.Other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsAssociate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent courseworkdemonstratinga strong technical foundation.Clearconfidentverbal and written communication skills suitable for working with both technical andbusiness users.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.Classroom project or internship exposure to object‑oriented programming e.g. C Java or similar.Basic understanding of relational databases or SQL.Willingness to learn complex systems and supportvariousenvironments.High aptitudein troubleshooting technical issues and developing problem‑solving skills.Mustwork on‑site 5 days per week in a production‑focused environment.Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
