Responsibilities
What you'll Do:
- Build your book of business from day one
- Connect with prospects through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Recommend auto, home, business, and life insurance coverage
- Develop long-term customer relationships
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3+ years of outside sales or customer facing experience preferred
- Competitive, goal-oriented,, and motivated by income growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable with a desire to learn and improve
