Responsibilities include onboarding, benefits, policy guidance, performance support, handling leave programs, coordinating workplace events, and maintaining HR records.
Requires 2+ years of HR support experience, proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work 1-2 evenings weekly.
Ideal candidates are independent, detail-oriented, and communicative.
