Responsibilities include acting as the main on-site contact for staff, residents, families, and external organizations; maintaining resident retention and handling issues; managing leasing, occupancy, and budgeting; hiring and training staff; ensuring compliance with licenses and regulations; leading staff meetings; promoting resident rights; and representing the community in local affairs.
Qualifications include a preferred Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of sales, marketing, or management experience—preferably in senior housing—strong communication and management skills, the ability to multitask, and an active Driver's License.
