Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support the Escrow department with customer service and administrative tasks related to escrow closings. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating communication, and assisting with financial transactions to ensure smooth and timely closing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support for escrow closings.
Assist in gathering required information and handling funds for transactions.
Answer incoming calls, greet customers, and respond to inquiries professionally.
Initiate and process opening orders and perform initial file setup.
Manage deposits, fund distribution, and prepare written transmittals for funds and documents.
Handle reconveyance processes and maintain pre-closing files.
Perform post-closing follow-up on assigned files.
Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED (required)

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
