Associate Engineer, Unit Process
PBF Energy is seeking a Unit Process Engineer to join the Technical Services team at the Toledo Refinery. This role provides process engineering support to ensure the safe, environmentally responsible, reliable, and efficient operation of refinery process units.
Reporting to the Lead Unit Process Engineer, the successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Environmental, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot operational issues, optimize unit performance, support capital projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for recent graduates and early-career engineers seeking hands-on refinery experience and technical development within a dynamic operating environment.
