Position Overview::

The Associate Downstream Marketing Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, promotions, and campaigns that drive sales revenue growth worldwide. The Associate Downstream Marketing Product Manager owns a product line from developing the commercialization strategy for global markets to planning for the product’s end-of-life. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to development of product positioning, creating digital and print marketing collateral, demonstrating clinical/economical value proposition, designing and implementing key regional strategies, aligning business needs with demand planning, planning for and attending global conferences, and facilitating major company events.

What you will do::

Essential functions

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, pricing and selling strategies, and promotional programs.
  • Create effective digital and printed sales tools that highlight key product features and benefits.
  • Respond to product-related inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Educate customers on the technical, procedural, and/or clinical characteristics of Argon Medical products.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain a first-hand understanding of the market, the customer, the direct sales team, and distributors.
  • Evaluate new business and product opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and trend sales data to illustrate product and market performance.
  • Develop and execute corrective action plans to combat negative sales trends.
  • Conduct competitive market research and analyses.
  • Identify and groom company Thought Leaders.
  • Grow company brand awareness through social media.
  • Train sales personnel on the technical, business, and clinical aspects of products and procedures.
  • Coordinate and supervise trade shows, conferences, and distributor meetings, including logistics.
  • Read, write, edit, index, or revise technical documentation (e.g., articles, reports, instructions for use).
  • Advocate and participate in the company’s Quality system, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and product quality.
Skills for Success::
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years relevant marketing or sales experience preferably in medical devices.
  • Experience developing and successfully executing marketing plans.
  • 25% travel, ability to travel internationally.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex products, markets, and customer needs quickly, with a strong desire to build expertise in the medical device industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, clinical, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of using data and customer feedback to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support key commercial and product-related initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to support the field sales organization, respond to business needs, and contribute to successful product launches, portfolio management activities, and strategic projects.
