Overview

Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and production quality by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents. Work must meet PS+ standards, productivity targets, and company quality/output requirements in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Open, separate, sort, and prepare incoming mail and documents for scanning
• Operate KODAK scanners to accurately scan and digitize documents
• Inspect, verify, compile, assemble, and bind documents per customer specifications
• Maintain PS+ quality standards and ensure error-free work
• Meet production targets including Time Productivity and Impressions Per Hour (IPH) standards
• Work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Perform basic machine maintenance (clear jams, refill toner, replace oil, etc.)
• Use machine codes and report equipment failures promptly
• Maintain an organized workstation to prevent assembly and scanning errors
• Complete all paperwork accurately, clearly, and on time
• Communicate issues or problems promptly to management
• Perform repetitive tasks following set procedures while maintaining quality
• Adapt to changing priorities and work assignments
• Maintain positive teamwork and communication across departments
• Support multiple shifts, overtime, weekends, and holiday work depending on workload
• Handle lifting requirements (10 50 lbs), standing/sitting, bending, twisting, and carrying supplies short distances
• Work in moderate to high noise production environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer and typing skills required
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English
• Basic knowledge of production/scanning equipment preferred
• Prior experience in printing/scanning industry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
• Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced production setting
• Physically able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships
• Must be adaptable to changing situations and workloads
• Ability to manage moderate stress in a production environment
• Compliance with workplace rules: cell phones must be silent and stored in lockers during work hours (not allowed on production floor; violation may result in termination)
• Dress code: business casual; closed-toe shoes required; no crocs; jeans allowed if not torn; no leggings or gym wear; no offensive or political graphics
• Candidates should bring lunch (30-minute lunch break; vending machines, microwaves, and refrigerators available onsite)
