Associate Director, Worldwide Forecasting and InsightsRayzeBio – a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, focuses on developing radiopharmaceutical therapies to improve cancer patient outcomes.Responsibility OverviewCommercial Forecasting – Own short‑ and long‑term commercial forecasts for the full RayzeBio portfolio, including the launch forecast for RYZ101 in GEP‑NET; develop patient‑flow models, epidemiology‑based sizing and assumption documentation.Integrate market research, competitive intelligence and real‑world data to inform forecast assumptions and align with enterprise planning processes (LTFP cycles, supply/demand planning, portfolio valuation updates).Prepare and deliver clear, insight‑driven forecast updates to senior leadership; build consensus and communicate range of outcomes, key risks and opportunities.Develop scenario analyses to support business‑development evaluations, pipeline prioritization and clinical development planning.Design and execute primary market research programs for early‑stage clinical and pre‑clinical assets; analyze claims data and syndicated datasets (IQVIA, Symphony Health) to generate insights on patient journeys, treatment patterns and competitive dynamics.Lead the application of AI tools to improve team execution and decision‑making.Synthesize competitive intelligence findings into actionable strategic implications; collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and Commercial teams to integrate scientific and commercial insights.Manage vendors for market research and analytics to ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Statistics or a related field.7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech market research, analytics, or consulting.Demonstrated experience building and maintaining commercial forecasts, including patient‑flow models and epidemiology‑based approaches.Direct experience designing and executing primary market research studies (quantitative and qualitative).Working knowledge of third‑party data sources (patient‑level claims data, syndicated sales data).Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, Statistics or a related field.Experience in oncology or rare disease, preferably with radiopharmaceuticals.Hands‑on analytics experience (SQL, R, Python).Prior experience supporting a commercial launch.Familiarity with business‑development support, including pipeline valuations and scenario modeling.Experience supporting both US and ex‑US (worldwide) commercial forecasting.Travel Required25% travel as required.Compensation OverviewSan Diego – RayzeBio – CA: $182,753 – $221,454 per year.
