The Solution Development Associate Director is responsible for advancing Grant Thornton's go‑to‑market effectiveness by developing and enabling AI‑informed, client‑centric solutions that improve seller confidence and increase win rates. Positioned within the Sales Excellence team, this role focuses on the tools, resources, and materials that translate GT's capabilities-particularly AI‑enabled and technology‑forward offerings-into clear, differentiated, and sales‑ready solutions.
This leader brings strong commercial judgment, structure, and a modern solution mindset to ensure sellers are equipped with practical, high‑impact resources aligned to GT's growth priorities and how clients expect to buy today.

The base salary range for this position is between $144,000 and $233,280. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton's discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job -related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity.
