Associate Director RN – Women’s & Infant Services (URGENT)

Unit: Women/Infant Services (L&D, Triage, Nursery, Postpartum, Pediatrics)


Contract Duration

  • Start: 18 May 2026

  • End: 15 Aug 2026

  • Total Duration:13 weeks


Schedule

  • 40 hrs/week

  • Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Call shifts required based on unit needs

  • Schedule may vary depending on staffing


Pay

  • $130 – $132/hr

  • Weekly Pay: $5,200 – $5,280/week


Required Credentials

  • Active RN License (required)

  • BLS Certification required

  • Strong Women & Infant Services (WIS) leadership experience required

  • Labor & Delivery, NICU, Postpartum, and Pediatrics experience required

  • Minimum 10+ years nursing leadership experience required

  • BSN required (Master’s preferred)

  • Experience managing multi-service units (L&D, nursery, postpartum)

  • Strong operational and staffing management experience

  • Experience with patient safety, quality metrics, and compliance


Responsibilities

  • Lead Women & Infant Services (L&D, postpartum, nursery, pediatrics)

  • Oversee clinical operations and staffing assignments

  • Ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

  • Manage unit budgets, staffing, and workflow efficiency

  • Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership

  • Monitor quality metrics and patient safety initiatives

  • Support staff development and performance management

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
