Call shifts required based on unit needs
Schedule may vary depending on staffing
$130 – $132/hr
Weekly Pay: $5,200 – $5,280/week
Active RN License (required)
BLS Certification required
Strong Women & Infant Services (WIS) leadership experience required
Labor & Delivery, NICU, Postpartum, and Pediatrics experience required
Minimum 10+ years nursing leadership experience required
BSN required (Master’s preferred)
Experience managing multi-service units (L&D, nursery, postpartum)
Strong operational and staffing management experience
Experience with patient safety, quality metrics, and compliance
Lead Women & Infant Services (L&D, postpartum, nursery, pediatrics)
Oversee clinical operations and staffing assignments
Ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Manage unit budgets, staffing, and workflow efficiency
Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
Monitor quality metrics and patient safety initiatives
Support staff development and performance management
Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
