    The role

    • Full Time, Continuing
    • Level 10 - $142,137 to $150,720 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
    • Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange or Wagga Wagga

    As the Associate Director, Regional Engagement, you will provide leadership for the University’s regional engagement operations, championing a whole-of-University approach that advances institutional priorities, strengthens regional impact, and supports long-term organisational success.

    Operating within the Engagement & Enterprise leadership team, you will shape and influence our engagement framework and activities, embedding regional engagement as a driver of the University’s mission, growth, and sustainability.

    By building out the framework and business rules for regional engagement and through working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will strengthen the University’s reputation, extend its regional reach, and enhance its contribution to the social, cultural, and economic prosperity of regional Australia.

    About you

    • Relevant degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience, with expertise in program management and process optimisation
    • Proven leader with extensive experience translating strategy into measurable outcomes
    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building influential partnerships, externally and internally
    • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
    • Strong program management, analytical and commercial acumen to inform strategic decision-making
