Program teams sets operational plans for particular drug product. Jointly leads with VP level or a couple of VP level folks.Candidate will work across phases of drug development phases.Will work in Neuroscience therapeutic area.They will collaborate with other leaders to develop plans, execute strategy, drive to operational executionPart of this role has a great deal of meeting leadership and facilitationAdditionally they need to be knowledgeable in drug development in PM skills and Drug DevelopmentResponsible for goal setting and key activities for setting budgets and managing budgetsRisk setting and risk mitigationDriving the program efficiently forward via various pathsMust have good negotiation skillsMust have Skill Set:Strong leadership and Problem Solving skillsMeeting Mtg SkillsCommunication skills (read/write/speak English clearly)Total of 10 years in Drug DevelopmentMUST have at least 5 years cross functional project management workRemainder of 10 years across drug developmentAdvanced PM Skills (MS Project & SharePoint)Advanced Degree in Biological Sciences.
