The Associate Director of Young Adult Ministries is a passionate follower of Jesus who enjoys mentoring young adults, building relationships, and connecting them to the church community. This role involves collaborating with the ministry director to create a welcoming environment, discipling regular attendees, and following up with new or disengaged individuals to promote growth. The position also includes administrative tasks such as planning, communication, and event execution, serving as a primary contact for participants.
