You'll shape product strategy, guide prioritization, and bring clarity to complex decisions, while mentoring your team to deliver impactful, data-informed solutions. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence how Best Buy continues to innovate and elevate the customer experience across payment journeys.

The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota.

  • Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate priorities, risks, and progress

Basic qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
  • 2 years of experience leading project execution through strategic direction, cross-functional influence, and/or direct people management
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred qualifications

  • 8 years of relevant Product Management Experience
  • 4 years of people management and team leadership experience
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Experience in ecommerce and/or retail payments domains
  • Proven experience leading ecommerce products at scale, with ownership over high-traffic, high-revenue customer journeys
