Associate Director of Nursing Programs
Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director for the School of Nursing, the Associate Director of Nursing supports the academic and administrative leadership of the School of Nursing at Mount St. Mary's University with a primary focus on student advising, retention, and outcomes assessment. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, this role is central to fostering student success, monitoring program effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement within the nursing program. In keeping with the University's Catholic mission and the School of Nursing's commitment to ethical leadership and human dignity, the Associate Director helps ensure that students are supported and formed to exercise excellent clinical judgment, professional integrity, and compassionate care.
