Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an Associate Director of IT Product Solutions to join our Technology team in Columbus, OH.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping and leading our product organization across technology. You will set the vision, establish product practices, and ensure alignment between business priorities and technology delivery.
You'll partner closely with business and IT leaders to drive enterprise-wide product outcomes, influence strategic decisions, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives that deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities
* Lead product strategy, roadmaps, and execution across technology
* Drive alignment across stakeholders and manage competing priorities
* Coach and develop product managers, owners, and analysts
* Establish product practices that support scalable, outcome-driven delivery
* Partner with engineering and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Qualifications
* 7+ years management experience in Product Management
* Experience in IT project management/business analyst positions including the management of application development through the full Software Development Life Cycle
*
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to drive strategy, prioritization, and execution
