Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 10 to 15 years' experience finance and/or accounting, including financial accounting.
Government contract finance knowledge required
Other Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Knowledge of GAAP, CAS and FAR required.
Some travel expected.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience:
Experience working for a publicly traded company in Finance & Accounting.
Proven track record of running and enhancing the financial operations of a portfolio
Demonstrated experience in the refinement and enhancement of financial systems
Demonstrated ability to optimize working capital
Ability to identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop and retain finance team
Understanding of implementing and maintaining government rate pools
SAP S4 experience a plus
DoD Clearance not required, but preferred.

The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
USD $170,000 - $200,000
Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
