General Responsibilities:?

The Associate Director of Enrollment Management provides leadership and management of the Enrollment Office and?is responsible for?planning and executing a comprehensive enrollment program?with a particular emphasis on strengthening the pool of applicants for admission and?retaining?current students.?The Associate Director of Enrollment Management?collaborates with?the school’s Leadership Team and Enrollment Management Team regarding?the goals of the enrollment program.?The Associate Director of Enrollment Management?supervises the Assistant?Director of Enrollment Management, and reports directly to the Director of Advancement.??

Specific Responsibilities:??
?
- Directs the activities of the Enrollment Management Team?in developing long and short-term strategic planning for enrollment and student retention programs.??
?
- In consultation with the Enrollment Management Team, formulates, plans, and implements withdrawal process.??

- Manages and supervises the schedule, activities and production of the Enrollment?Office?staff and volunteers.?
?
- Develops and implements a comprehensive and?goal-oriented?enrollment program aimed at?strengthening the pool of applicants for admission. Establishes?enrollment and retention?goals in collaboration with?the Enrollment Management Team.??
?
- Identifies?and targets new?market audiences for?CCC?admissions.?Develops relationships with partner schools, parishes, and other?groups for the purpose of initiating?and sustaining?recruiting efforts with potential applicants from these audiences.???
?
- Visits?partner schools,?parishes?and other groups for the purpose of recruiting new students. Develops,?manages?and analyzes effectiveness of on-campus activities such as Discover CCC and Marauder Encounter Tours for the purpose of exposing prospective students and their families to CCC. Visits may include participation from Student and Parent Ambassadors.???

- Develops and manages comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies and conducts market research and analysis in partnership with the Assistant Director of Communications and Marketing. Collaborates with the Advancement Office, Enrollment Management Team in developing a comprehensive communications plan to inform and inspire the prospective school community through email, social media, newsletters, website, printed materials, press relations, and more.?

- Develops,?manages?and coordinates?appropriate communications?with all constituencies?including partner schools and parishes and prospective families.?Responds to admissions-related inquiries from parents of prospective students and others who are in a position to refer students to?CCC, such as elementary and middle school teachers and administrators, pastors, etc.?

- Coordinates,?manages, and tracks application and enrollment status?from first contact with prospective students to full enrollment of new students including administering entrance exams, collection of necessary paperwork and transcripts, and follow-up with non-responding families.?Work with?Business?Office to manage financial?assistance?requests and processing.???

- Establishes,?manages?and analyzes the?enrollment?program annual budget in collaboration with the school’s?Business?Office.?
?
- Develops,?maintains?and audits?enrollment management?database?including records of prospective students as well as contact information?for partner?schools,?parishes?and other groups from which?prospective?students may be recruited.?
?
- Develops and manages Parent Ambassador and Student Ambassador programs.?
?
- Enlists and trains faculty and parent?volunteers who?assist?with Open House, information nights, school visits, and other?enrollment?related programs.?
?
- Contributes?to the overall success of the school and the?Enrollment Management Office by working on special projects and performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Advancement.?

Qualifications:??
?
- Strong belief in Catholic education and support of the mission of the school.?
- Bachelor’s degree and?recruitment?experience in a school environment preferred.?
- Must be well organized and able to handle multiple projects within established timelines.?
- Must?possess?excellent communication skills (written and oral) and have an enthusiastic and dynamic personality.??
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not necessary.?
- Must be comfortable working with all constituencies including school leadership, committee members, parents, alumni,?students,?volunteers?and others.?
- Flexibility with?scheduling of?hours?required.?
- Proficiency?in?Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and?student management?software is necessary.?
- Must adhere to professional code of ethical conduct and?maintain?standards of professional competence and confidentiality. Must be able to pass a background check administered by the Diocese of St. Petersburg and attend the DOSP Safe Environment Training Program.?
- Exhibit a willingness to grow professionally.??
