Reporting to the Senior Director, they manage daily operations, supervise student staff, develop programming, and collaborate across campus to foster inclusive, intersectional spaces.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, program assessment, student support, communications management, and event participation.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and content expertise in marginalized student issues.
Preferred skills include facilitation, knowledge of student development theory, and proficiency in design platforms.
