JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS At Volunteers of America Mid-States, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. As an Associate Director, you’ll play a critical leadership role in advancing that mission—overseeing programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities and helping teams deliver meaningful, person-centered care.
