About the Job
The Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison develops and expands a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support FMIs commercial, scientific, and medical objectives. This position is responsible for initiating and sustaining an exchange of scientific information with key external customers and internal teams, including through scientific presentations to health care providers with the goal of emphasizing the strengths of FMIs existing products as well as with future development initiatives.
In collaboration with oncology care teams, this role contributes to improved patient outcomes by advancing understanding and application of comprehensive genomic profiling in clinical practice. This role promotes and develops access to key thought leaders in the assigned region and leverages these relationships to foster education, collaboration, and research opportunities that align with FMIs mission to transform cancer care.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Remote is $192,000 - $236,000 per year. The salary range is commensurate with Foundation Medicines compensation practice and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for Foundation Medicines benefits.
