About the Role

Were looking for a dynamic, hands-on Associate Director, HR Business Partner to support three strategic client groups including Enterprise Sales and Data Center across North America. In this role, youll partner with general managers and leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support. Youll balance workforce planning and employee relations with talent development, sales force enablement, and leadership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with GMs and Sales leaders on org design, workforce/salesforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline. • Drive talent development for frontline leaders and sales managers; support leadership programs and succession planning. • Guide sales force effectiveness through incentive design and onboarding/ramp-up programs. • Lead complex employee relations issues. • Partner on comp & rewards, culture, engagement, and change initiatives (M&A, systems, realignments). • Use HR and sales analytics (turnover, attrition, quota ramp-up, succession health, engagement) to drive decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree • 8+ years of HR experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree • Strong background in talent development, sales support, workforce planning, and Employee Relations. • Familiarity with sales incentive compensation design and administration
