Community of Hope is seeking an Associate Director of Home Visiting to provide leadership and oversight for the Parents as Teachers (PAT) and Healthy Families America (HFA) home visiting programs, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and adherence to PAT and HFA model fidelity standards. Additionally, the Associate Director of Home Visiting will coordinate all program operations and supervise Family Case Managers to support effective service delivery, promote positive parenting practices, strengthen parent skills and confidence, and prepare children for school success. This position is located at our Conway Health & Resource Center in SW, Washington, DC.
