The Associate Director for Housing Facilities is a member of the Housing and Residence Life Senior Leadership Team. This position assists with the oversight of housing facilities and operations. The position works collaboratively with other departments to ensure that housing facilities are maintained and that projects to replace or enhance the facilities are executed effectively. The Associate Director maintains an accurate and up‐to‐date inventory of housing facilities and furniture. The position works with technology services to maintain housing technology systems and access. The Associate Director supervises the Assistant Director for Technology, the Assistant Director for Housing Facilities, indirectly the Housing Services Coordinator and Graduate Assistant, as well as indirectly student staff in maintaining the housing/residential buildings. The Associate Director of Housing Facilities is considered essential personnel in the event of a crisis or evacuation.

OR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 9 years of experience in university housing facilities

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Personnel, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 5 years of experience with university housing facilities
