Your role at Clorox:

This position plays a critical leadership role in exceeding the value thesis of a major acquisition through disciplined execution, value-driver insights, and strong partnership with the Integration Management Office (IMO). The role acts as the finance and value realization leader across integration workstreams, ensuring decisions are grounded in a rigorous fact base, value creation initiatives are clearly owned and tracked, and core financial processes and performance management are integrated effectively.
The position supports delivery of revenue synergies, cost synergies (TDC and SG&A), and innovation/adjacency initiatives, while establishing clear KPIs and operating rhythms to measure progress against the deal thesis. This role serves as a key thought partner to IMO leadership and functional workstream leaders and is accountable for translating integration strategy into measurable, sustained value creation.

In this role, you will:

Integration Leadership & Strategic Insight

  • Ensure workstream leaders are equipped with accurate, timely, and actionable fact bases to support decision‑making.
  • Translate the value thesis into clear integration priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify value‑driving insights and surface risks or opportunities early.

Synergy Delivery – Cost, Revenue & Innovation

  • Cost Synergies: Lead and provide analytical support for supply chain–related synergy workstreams, including Logistics, Manufacturing, Molding Insourcing, and Procurement. Drive efforts to identify, reduce, and eliminate redundant costs across the combined organization.
  • Revenue Synergies: Accelerate speed‑to‑value by modeling cross‑selling scenarios, assessing customer overlap, and supporting the transition toward a unified customer‑facing interface. Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to validate assumptions and quantify revenue opportunities.
  • Innovation & Adjacencies: Support workstreams exploring new product, category, and channel opportunities enabled by the combined capabilities of Clorox and Purell.

Financial Integration & Operating Rhythms

  • Partner with the Clorox Purell finance team to identify best practices and  implement planning, forecasting, and reporting routines that integrate smoothly into Clorox processes while maintaining business continuity and existing business instrumentation.
  • Establish a unified scorecard of KPIs to measure progress against the value thesis and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.
  • Support the development of financial literacy across the Clorox Purell multi-functional organization, including education on Clorox policies, expense classifications, and financial expectations.
  • Partner with People and Change leaders to support adoption of new rhythms, controls, and expectations while balancing integration realities and change fatigue.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Governance

  • Serve as a connective tissue across workstreams, ensuring alignment, clarity of ownership, and timely escalation of issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with leaders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT.
  • Support IMO governance routines, including status reporting, risk tracking, and executive updates.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.


–Zone A: $157,600 - $316,700

–Zone B: $144,400 - $290,300

–Zone C: $131,300 - $263,900
