Responsibilities
As the Associate Director of Enterprise Facilities, you will play a highly visible role shaping the workplace experience across our corporate offices and enterprise footprint. This leader balances hands-on operational execution with strategic oversight of facilities, capital projects, and workplace planning.
You'll partner closely with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure our environments are efficient, cost-effective, and designed to support collaboration and growth. From managing day-to-day operations to evaluating major capital investments, this role has a direct impact on how our people experience Post Consumer Brands every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing facilities team, with a strong emphasis on service, responsiveness, and accountability. You'll provide daily direction, coaching, and support across enterprise locations.
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including vendor management, maintenance, and workplace services with a focus on quality, consistency, and user experience.
- Manage and optimize facilities budgets, including ownership of capital planning and projects (e.g., HVAC, parking lot improvements, office upgrades)
- Partner with engineering and leadership teams on capital investments, long-term planning, and site strategies
- Support space planning decisions and workplace experience, balancing leader priorities, office layouts, and employee needs
- Provide guidance on furniture standards, office design, and workplace consistency across locations
- Collaborate on acquisitions, site transitions, and potential office relocations or consolidations
- Build strong partnerships across a matrixed organization and navigate competing priorities
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure effective systems and processes are in place like ticketing systems, reporting, and utilization tracking with a strong focus on communication and employee impact
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate facilities management, corporate real estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management across multi-site environments
- Strong project management skills with experience leading capital projects and vendor partnerships
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems directly
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and balancing competing priorities
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and identify operational efficiencies
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with lease terms, property planning, and working with municipalities
- Professional certifications (CFM, FMP, SFP, or CPM) or relevant experience in facilities, workplace services, or real estate strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Building Codes, OSHA guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Location & Travel
- Based in our Lakeville corporate office with an expectation of regular on-site presence, five days a week
- Travel up to 20% may be required to support other office locations, projects, or initiatives
