Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and serving on the Enrollment Leadership Team, the Associate Director of Admissions and Enrollment Communications Manager will lead the development, execution, and assessment of strategic communications that support recruitment, admission, and enrollment goals for Bryn Mawr's undergraduate and graduate programs. With the support of two admissions staff and two student interns who directly support communications work, the Associate Director will manage multichannel communications initiatives throughout the cycle, ensuring timely, relevant, integrated content for key audiences across email campaigns, admissions-related websites, print and digital assets, and undergraduate social media platforms. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with enrollment area leads as well as colleagues in the Office of Communications and Marketing who provide creative support and advise on marketing strategy.

This full-time, exempt position has an anticipated schedule of 35 hours per week, year-round (1,820 hours annualized).
Position Responsibilities:
- Execute Enrollment Communications Campaigns. Collaborate with the Office of Communications and Marketing, the Vice President for Enrollment Management, and enrollment area leads to manage, develop and execute strategic communications plans and assets that support undergraduate and graduate student recruitment, admission and enrollment goals.
- Plan and Implement Integrated Multi-Channel Communications Calendar. Develop and oversee a content and production calendar inclusive of web updates, print and digital assets, and undergraduate social media content.
- Analyze and Optimize Communications Performance. Analyze engagement data to refine messaging, timing, and audience/segmentation. Stay abreast of enrollment marketing trends. Lead micro-positioning communications initiatives in support of cycle goals.
- Supervise and Manage Enrollment Communications Team. Coordinate and oversee the work of two Assistant Directors of Admissions and two student interns who drive social media strategy, email campaign work, external platform content, and digital asset creation, ensuring alignment with institutional messaging, brand standards, and enrollment priorities.
- Oversee Enrollment Communications Budget. Manage annual budget of $56,000
- In addition to managing a defined recruitment and reading territory for Undergraduate Admissions, 2-3 weeks of travel per year is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of admissions experience in a postsecondary setting with experience in enrollment communications.
- Demonstrated outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of enrollment marketing and communications trends.
- Demonstrated success in developing comprehensive communication campaigns, developing print materials, website strategy, professional writing, editing, proofreading, and using social media.
- Project management and organizational skills, including ability to set priorities, manage simultaneous projects, and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a tactful and collaborative manner with members of the Enrollment Leadership Team and other College partners.
- Experience cultivating relationships with outside vendors including print and digital platforms (e.g. PeerPal, Intersect, Niche, etc.).
- Knowledge of proficiency with Technolutions Slate, basic knowledge of HTML and liquid markup preferred but not required.
- Experience with analytics and appreciation for data-informed decision-making.
- Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- Must possess the willingness and ability to work outside of a conventional workweek.
- Must be able to perform overnight travel and possess a valid driver's license.
