The Associate Director,xc2xa0Endxe2x80x91toxe2x80x91Endxc2xa0Planningxc2xa0capabilitiesxc2xa0is responsible forxc2xa0defining, governing, and evolving BioMarinxe2x80x99sxc2xa0endxe2x80x91toxe2x80x91end supply chain planning framework across demand, supply, inventory, production, and network planning. The role ensures the planning framework enables alignment between commercial demand, manufacturing capacity (Drug Substance, Drug Product, Finished Goods), inventory strategy, and financial commitments, supporting consistent,xc2xa0highxe2x80x91qualityxc2xa0decisionxe2x80x91making across the enterprise.xc2xa0

Operating as anxc2xa0enterprisexe2x80x91levelxc2xa0individual contributor, this rolexc2xa0establishesxc2xa0clear decision rights, standardized planning routines, and disciplined governance mechanisms across functions, regions, and manufacturing sites. Partnering closely with Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT, and external partners, the Associate Director strengthens the effectiveness of BioMarinxe2x80x99sxc2xa0multixe2x80x91sitexc2xa0global manufacturing network and supports ERP and advanced planning system transformation, enabling continued maturation toward an integrated S&OP / IBP operating model.xc2xa0

About Technical Operations

BioMarinxe2x80x99s Technical Operations group is responsible for creating our drugs for use in clinical trials and for scaling production of those drugs for the commercial market. These engineers, technicians, scientists and support staff build and maintain BioMarinxe2x80x99s cutting-edge manufacturing processes and sites, provide quality assurance and quality control to ensure we meet regulatory standards, and procure the needed goods and services to support manufacturing and coordinating the worldwide movement of our drugs to patients.

The salary range for this position is: $151,200 to $207,900. BioMarin considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
