ResponsibilitiesImplement EHS programs to minimize workplace stressors, covering occupational health, safety, industrial hygiene, chemical safety, risk management, environmental compliance, ergonomics, and injury prevention.Ensure site compliance with regulations, insurance requirements, and EHS policies.Develop and deliver EHS training and policies.Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement mitigation measures.Oversee incident response and investigations.Drive change and best practices while ensuring compliance.Manage emergency response plans, conduct drills, and participate in emergency response teams.Required SkillsBachelor's degree (or advanced education) in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field with 4+ years of EHS experienceExperience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or related industries.Knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, DOT, and NFPA regulations.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Effective stakeholder management.Experience with regulatory agencies.Team collaboration experience.Ability to work independently.Knowledge of safe lab practices and handling biological materials.#J-18808-Ljbffr
