Harm policy What you will do: You will be a part of our Global Strategy
group and work closely with business units to define and execute Johnson
Controls long term vision. You will develop & execute proprietary
inorganic (non-sales) growth strategies around existing JCI businesses
to ensure the sustainable growth of the company, ultimately resulting in
a higher valuation. In this role, you will report to the Executive
Director - Business Development, Global Products & Solutions, and will
be responsible for supporting corporate business development activities
(M&A) for Johnson Controls Americas group. This involves identifying
opportunities for inorganic growth and developing effective strategies
to capitalize on them, including market expansion through strategic
partnership growth initiatives and accretive acquisitions. This role
will also be responsible for supporting the definition of new lines of
business through thorough research and analysis. Furthermore, you will
work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on strategic
initiatives, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and
provide insights to inform strategic decision making. Finally, you will
