JOB SUMMARY
The Asian American Cultural Center (AsACC) at the University of Connecticut seeks an Associate Director for Programming (Senior Student Services Program Administrator P5). The Associate Director will serve as a leader in the program development efforts in the Center. Reporting to the Director of the Asian American Cultural Center, this position is charged with planning, organizing, and administering programs designed to provide awareness and understanding of the Asian and Asian American community, social support for student constituents, and assistance in achieving their professional, educational, and personal goals.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in organizational, managerial and communication skills. They should have the ability to evaluate, problem-solve and troubleshoot to resolve difficult situations and be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. The candidate should demonstrate evidence of a firm commitment to social justice and transparency within a community of diverse racial, ethnic, socio-economic, gender, gender expression, and other identities.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
