Position Summary

The Alumni Office works to keep Hamilton’s 20,000+ alumni connected through meaningful outreach, volunteer opportunities, and engaging events both on and off campus.
The Associate Director of Advancement Promotion Strategy manages the operational execution of Advancement communications and outreach from audience segmentation and data selection through final fulfillment. This role ensures that marketing and solicitation efforts are efficiently executed, data-driven, and strategically targeted to support engagement, fundraising, and stewardship goals, in close collaboration with colleagues across Advancement.
