With AI, remote work, and digital transformation accelerating, now is the time to build your future with LINX.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist Design Engineers in creating bills of material and system documentation.Support the development of scopes of work and technical descriptions under supervision.Prepare and update drawings to support proposals and project documentation.Participate in site walk-throughs and technical review meetings with guidance.Assist in reviewing plans, RFPs, and project specification documents.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to gather customer requirements.Learn and apply industry standards, product functionality, and installation best practices.Provide administrative and technical support for change orders and project transitions.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical training (preferred).0–2 years of experience in AV integration, design, or related technical field.CTS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar design tools is a plus.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Pay Rate$50,000 - $65,000/yearTEAMLINX offers great benefits401K with 50% employer match up to first 4%Insurance options including Medical plans with Flexible Spending and/or Health Savings Accounts, Disability, Dental and Vision8 Paid Holidays3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) combining sick pay and vacation daysPosting DeadlineThis job posting is open until filled and may close at any time without notice.We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
