The Opportunity
You’ll have the ability to:
- Take ownership of a core practice location
- Build relationships with an established patient base
- Expand clinical services, particularly in implants and orthodontics
- Rotate across nearby locations for additional exposure and production
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Grow and develop implant and orthodontic offerings
- Contribute to cosmetic and adjunct services (including Botox)
- Utilize modern tools including digital scanning and imaging technology
- Collaborate across multiple practice locations as needed
Who You Are
- DDS or DMD (or eligible for Indiana licensure)
- Open to new graduates and experienced dentists
- Motivated, growth-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative
- Team player with a strong patient-first mindset
- Interested in expanding clinical scope and long-term opportunity
