Practice Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
*Our dentists typically work 32–40 hours/week, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Requirements:
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
Active dental license in the state of Illinois
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills across a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and accurately diagnose oral health conditions
Perform a variety of general dentistry procedures, including crowns, root canals, extractions, implants, bridges, veneers, and emergency dental services
Deliver routine dental care such as exams, cleanings, and preventive treatments with clinical precision and compassion
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s oral health needs and goals
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and long-term dental wellness
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with industry and regulatory standards
Ensure compliance with all OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile clinical environment
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to provide seamless patient care
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment
