Earning structure:

Practice Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

*Our dentists typically work 32–40 hours/week, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry

  • Active dental license in the state of Illinois

  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills across a wide range of general dentistry procedures

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and accurately diagnose oral health conditions

  • Perform a variety of general dentistry procedures, including crowns, root canals, extractions, implants, bridges, veneers, and emergency dental services

  • Deliver routine dental care such as exams, cleanings, and preventive treatments with clinical precision and compassion

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s oral health needs and goals

  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and long-term dental wellness

  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with industry and regulatory standards

  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile clinical environment

  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to provide seamless patient care

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment
