If you're passionate about using technology to improve human life, this is where your work truly matters What you will accomplish in this role The Associate Decision Intelligence Analyst on the Ecosystem team is a strategic thought partner to HCA Healthcare's DT&I leadership and Ecosystem Leadership. This junior-level role is dedicated to delivering clear, objective, and actionable insights that enable high-impact decisions across the enterprise. Leveraging analytical expertise, the analyst will help guide executive stakeholders through complex build/buy/partner (BBP) evaluations, partnership assessments, and decision framing, accelerating the organization's path to value under direction of the Manager of Decision Intelligence. This role demands structured thinking and communication skills, along with the ability to develop skills aiding in navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and influencing decision-makers across domains. Major Responsibilities: Problem & Use Case Clarification: Work with stakeholders to define and clarify business problems, user needs, and use cases, ensuring alignment with DT&I objectives. Research and analyze existing solutions, historical efforts, and related initiatives across various domains to inform new approaches. Prepare concise briefs summarizing findings and recommendations to facilitate early stakeholder alignment and buy-in. Analyze how proposed solutions align with or impact the DT&I operating model and overall strategy Gather and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable specifications Assist with or lead the preparation of comprehensive analyses comparing build, buy, and partner options, including their strategic advantages and disadvantages. Work with leaders to leverage financial models to assess the costs, benefits, and ROI of each option, highlighting key financial implications Apply existing Decision Intelligence frameworks to objectively evaluate trade-offs between various solution attributes (e.g., cost, time, functionality, risk, ecosystem fit) and analyze how potential solutions fit within HCA's existing technology ecosystem and assess integration complexities Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with each solution option Support the formulation of clear, data-backed recommendations with detailed justifications for chosen paths Document the rationale behind key decisions, ensuring they are well-researched and defensible to executive leadership Support transforming complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations and written reports for DT&I and executive leaders, facilitating informed discussions Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree - Required Relevant Work Experience
