The Graduate School of Business seeks an Associate Dean to lead our Executive Education portfolio. The role reports to a Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and will oversee an operation of roughly 80 staff professionals spanning program design and delivery, business development, marketing as well as related finance and technology support. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with faculty and staff to deliver impactful programs (synchronous and asynchronous) for a global audience of leaders and professionals.
Following several years of substantial growth, the new Associate Dean will have the opportunity to institutionalize recent accomplishments as well as chart a course for the GSB in a rapidly changing non-degree marketplace. The ideal candidate brings a depth of general management expertise and product leadership experience, capable of acting strategically to drive results, with a mission-driven approach to collaborate and inspire in a world-class organization. The expected pay range for this position at 100% FTE is $237,369 - $335,763 per year.
