Piper Companies is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join a fast-growing agency in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. The Associate Creative Director will help lead high-impact creative work, supporting both patient (DTC) and healthcare professional (HCP) campaigns across multiple channels. The Associate Creative Director will balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution while helping guide and mentor team members.
Responsibilities of the Associate Creative Director
- Lead the development of campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including web, social, email, video, and print
- Turn marketing goals and brand strategies into clear, compelling creative concepts
- Work closely with strategy, UX, account, and production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Present creative ideas to internal teams and clients, and refine work based on feedback
- Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high quality in a fast-paced environment
Requirements of the Associate Creative Director
- Experience creating work in regulated industries such as healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing
- Strong portfolio showing creative thinking, design skills, and multi-channel campaign experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Figma or Sketch
- Understanding of digital design, UX basics, and performance-focused creative
- Familiarity with AI design tools and ability to use them within brand and regulatory guidelines
Compensation for the Associate Creative Director
- Salary Range: $80-$90 per hour
