The Associate Creative Director, Brand Partnerships role focuses on integrating brand sponsorships into long-form YouTube and social media content while preserving the content’s integrity and audience engagement.
Responsibilities include leading ideation for brand integrations, ensuring seamless native placements, and maintaining editorial quality. The ACD acts as the creative representative in client meetings, pitches concepts, and manages client feedback. They develop compelling creative ideas and social packages aligned with key dates and maintain a library of ready-to-use executions for quick deployment.
Collaboration with Social, Production, Strategy, and Brand teams is essential to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in brand sponsorships, strong writing and conceptual skills, understanding of YouTube metrics, and proven client-facing success. The position is based onsite in Frisco, Texas.
