Amazon is looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel attorney to provide legal advice and counseling on technology transactions and general commercial matters for its Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk businesses. You will support Amazon's senior management, technology and engineering, marketing, customer support, business development, sales, supply chain, and information security teams.

Key job responsibilities: • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating licensing agreements and a wide range of commercial agreements • Providing support to the business on other legal matters on an as-needed basis • Some travel, domestic and international, may be required
