Job Details

A growing global organization in the healthcare and medical technology industry is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Attorney to join its in-house legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams on a broad range of corporate, commercial, compliance, and operational matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong transactional and commercial contracting experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to provide practical legal guidance across multiple areas of the organization.

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, supplier, distribution, service, confidentiality, and technology agreements
Advise internal stakeholders on corporate, operational, and compliance-related matters
Support corporate governance activities and legal entity management
Partner with business teams to identify legal and regulatory risks and provide practical solutions
Assist with employment, data privacy, regulatory, and compliance matters as needed
Manage outside counsel relationships and support special projects, transactions, and strategic initiatives
Help develop and maintain internal policies, procedures, and contract processes

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership required
Approximately 4–8 years of relevant corporate or commercial legal experience
Prior law firm and/or in-house experience preferred
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience in healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, life sciences, or other regulated industries is a plus
